What forms of payment do you take?
We take cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or debit cards but we do not submit insurance claims or take partial payments. Payments must be made at the time of service.
Do I need a drivers license?
You must have either a drivers permit or license in order to operate a motor vehicle on the road. Please have a valid, current license or permit with your at your appointment.
Can someone else ride along during my evaluation or training?
Yes. They will need to sit in the back seat of the vehicle, stay quiet and not give any feedback, directions or instruction at the time of service.
How much does it cost?
Cost is determined on service and location. All adaptive equipment training is done in Durham. Driving Evaluations can be done anywhere in the Triangle, NC area.
Can you come to my house or workplace?
Driving Evaluations can be done anywhere in the Triangle, NC area but adaptive equipment training must be done in Durham, NC at a designated training location.
Can I receieve a copy of the report?
Yes, please provide the Evaluator with all the respective locations you want the reports sent to when making your appointment.
